It's KHUSHI time folks. The much hoped film finally has made big news. Lotz of people have pinned loads of hopes on this film. Kareena is going ga ga over this film and Fardeen is praying that it gives the much needed punch to his career. The music director Anu Mallik is overjoyed, as the soundtrack has been received well by the audience.

Okay lets come to the story. Well KHUSHI is a love story directed by S J Suryah. It's a remake of some film down south, but with a different treatment says the director.

Karan (Fardeen) and Khushi (Kareena) are two individuals born and brought up in two different places. But they both come together with a simple ideal that "they were destined to meet".

Initially Karan has big ideas of going abroad for higher studies. But due to unwarranted circumstance he is forced to complete his studies in Mumbai University. Khushi also plans to complete her education in the same university.

Preethi is Khushi's friend who is in love with Vicky who is Karan's friend. Preethi and Vicky's relation is opposed by their parents. Both Karan and Khushi help their friends. Both their ego's clash. Yet they are hell bent to make their best friends happy. This situation, as fate would have it, brings them closer than they ever expected.

But then one day reality dawns that they must part and accept that they must choose to either be together or not and come to terms with their feelings for each other. What next? For this you must watch KHUSHI. The film is slated to release in the last week of January.
